0830 – Arrival. Tea and coffee, bacon rolls
The morning working on team roles and Business issues in the conference suite
1230 – Two course hot lunch in the Brasserie
1330 – Introduction to RedMane and the other facilitators
1345 – Out onto the Practise Area which has a covered area in case of rain
Step 1 – Introduction to The Easiest Swing in Golf. Getting everyone out in the fresh air learning how to hit a golf ball
Step 2 – Link between tension and stress and outcomes at work and in golf
1430 – Team Roles and Behaviours
Building on the work in the morning, the group splits into groups. Each team will 'play' a hole on the golf course. They will be given a set of instructions and basic information about to go about it. This is where we link Leadership styles to the game of golf and how to get the best out of people and / the golf equipment. There's a prize for the group getting the ball in the hole in the least amount of shots.
1515 – Fun Putting competitions
We mix the groups up again and play a fun putting competition. Prize for the group who gets the lowest score.
1600 – Back into the room to recap and fun presentation of awards if required
1615 – Event closes
